Yes. It’s “standardized,” which is basically “graded on a curve,” or curved. If you mean the shape of the test, then, no, it’s on flat rectangular paper like most other documents. But, all joking aside, yes, the ACT is graded on a curve, since it, like any standardized test, is designed to produce a normal curve when the scores are laid out by percentile.
